Layers of liqueur soaked sponge filled with cream, decorated with crushed macaroons, topped with chantilly cream and whole amaretti. (12 portion cake)

  • Crostata

A Shortcrust pastry base filled with chocolate cream, enriched with hazelnuts and a hint of rum, decorated with icing sugar. (12 portion cake)

  • Frutti Di Bosco

Shortcrust pastryfilled with chantilly cream and topped with a mass of raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and redcurrants. (14 portion cake)

  • Toscanella

Puff pastry with layers of patisserie and orange chantilly cream, decorated on the sides with filled choux and covered with flaky chocolate. (9 portion cake)

  • Tiramisu Tondo

Layers of soft sponge soaked with espresso coffee and liqueur, filled with zabaglione cream and dusted with cocoa powder. (Pre cut into 14)

  • Banoffee Pie

Fresh slices of banana on a biscuit base, covered with caramel, fresh cream and decorated with chocolate flakes. (Pre cut into 12)

  • Millefoglie

Layers of puff pastry filled with patisserie cream, covered on the sides with chantilly cream and crushed sponge, finished with icing sugar stripes. (11 portion cake) 

  • Torta Della Nonna

Shortcrust pastry filled with lemon flavoured patisserie cream decorated with pine nuts & dusted with icing sugar. (12/14 portion cake)

  •  Profiteroles

Soft choux pastries filled with a superb chantilly cream, all covered with chocolate cream. Available in both milk chocolate or white chocolate.
