All of our retail products have
the nutritional information on their tubs. However, if you require
any information regarding Ice Cream which you are interested in and
have any allergies, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0141
889 6390 and we can provide you with them.
What do I do if I cannot
find my favourite Porrelli flavour of Ice Cream?
Porrelli's would like to have
all locations carry our entire range of flavours, however
this is unfortunately not the case. All we can you is recommend you
express your interest to your favourite restaurant or
shop.
What is the best temperature
to store Porrelli Ice Cream?
Our Ice Cream is best stored at
-23 or colder.
What is the best temperature
to serve Porrelli Ice Cream from scooping cabinets?
We recommend having the
temperature on your cabinet at around -15 or -16.
How do you reccomend we
serve Porrelli's Ice Cream to give it its best flavour &
texture?
To deliver the best flavor and
texture, Porrelli products should be allowed to soften slightly
before serving. Allow your products to soften at room temperature
for approximately 10 minutes, depending on the actual room
temperature and temperature of your freezer.
Can Porrelli products be
refrozen after they have been thawed?
No, because we make Porreli
products in the most natural way we can. Porrelli Products should
not be refrozen after thawed. By defrosting the Ice Cream/ Sorbet
and refreezing can create large ice crystals and cause gritty and
grainy textures.
Other improtant factors
regarding our Ice Cream:

Although most of our products
are nut free, we still have to make you aware that the Ice Cream is
produced ub a factory that handles nut ingredients.

Our Ice Cream contains cows
milk.

We do not add hydrogenated
fats.
